Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after this window has passed.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

In the same condition in which you received them

In original packaging, with all original tags attached (if applicable)
Please note: We cannot accept returns if the original packaging is damaged or missing.
Refunds
At this time, we offer store credit only for returned items.
We do not issue direct refunds to the original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification along with your store credit code, which you can use toward a future purchase.
Exchanges
Because of limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, we recommend placing a new order using your store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Holiday-themed merchandise (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Easter items)

Items marked Final Sale, including products purchased during clearance or promotional events such as:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@shopbodre.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

A photo of the damaged item

A photo of the shipping box

A brief description of the issue
If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we’ll offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you request a prepaid return label, a fee of $12.00 will be deducted from your store credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All products are intended for use under parental supervision where necessary.
